Shipping policy


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on Sundays or UAE public holidays.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation notification via email or SMS.


2. Delivery Time (UAE)

  • Dubai & Sharjah: 1–2 business days
  • Abu Dhabi & Northern Emirates: 2–3 business days

Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, promotions, or unforeseen delays.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.


4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for selected locations within the UAE.

  • COD orders must be paid in full at the time of delivery
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to track your delivery in real time.


6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier will attempt delivery 1–2 times. If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer not available
  • Phone not reachable

The order may be returned or rescheduled, and additional charges may apply.


7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details. We are not responsible for delays or lost orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


8. Delays

Delays may occur due to:

  • Traffic or courier issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
